The purpose of our Policies are to make treatment bookings fair to all Clients. Please be respectful.


The cancellation list is intended for individuals who have an appointment booked but would like to have one sooner if possible. When asking to be placed on the cancellation list, you will be asked for what openings (days/times) you want to be contacted for. The List is on a first-come-first-serve basis and is for individuals only. This means if you are contacted because there is an opening but can’t make it yourself, you can’t use it for your Family member or Friend, instead the next person on the Cancellation list will be contacted. This is to make it fair and there will be no exceptions.


The waiting list is intended for individuals that are not yet clients of Remedial Fix but would like to be. Due to the Clinic Capacity having been reached, I am not accepting any new clients at this time and cannot guarantee when I will again. If you’re recommending Remedial Fix to any potential new Clients, please advise them of this. If someone is in need of a more urgent treatment, I advise seeking out a different Clinic or Therapist. When wait times are reduced, I will be reaching out to the individuals on the list, on a first-come-first-serve basis. There will be no exceptions.


There is a 24 hours advance notice policy in place if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, which if neglected, will result in a Fee of the full cost of the treatment that was booked. You cannot give the appointment to friends or family. The appointment will first be offered to the People on the cancellation list, if none can make it then it will be available to your friends or family (as long as they’re existing clients of the Clinic). This is to make it fair and there will be no exceptions.


If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment and don’t show up for the appointment you will be charged a no-show Fee. The Fee is the full cost of the booked treatment and will be payable at your next appointment, refusal to pay this will result in refusal of future services.
