How it affects my treatment.
The following treatments and luxuries will not be available until further notice:
-TMJ treatments (Jaw treatments)
-Longus Colli Treatment
-Facial or Sinus related work
-Indian Head Massage
-Table Heater and Fleece set
-Please bring you own water bottle for our water dispenser has been removed
-Heating pad for treatments
THINGS TO CONSIDER IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Online Booking will not be available for the time being.
According to guidelines every client needs to get screened before being able to make an appointment.
The waiting room will not be accessible. Due to the waiting rooms furniture being fabric, we are unable to sufficiently disinfect it between clients. Clients will be asked to wait in their cars and will be picked up at the door at the time of the appointment.
You will be asked to use Hand sanitizer upon entry into the building.
If you have contracted COVID-19 you need to provide a document of proof from the Doctor that states that you have fully recovered before being able to book an appointment.
If you travelled outside of Manitoba you need to self isolate for 2 weeks before booking an appointment.
If you’re suffering from seasonal allergies you first need to verify with a Doctor that you do not have COVID-19 before making an appointment.
Family or friends may not wait in the room or waiting area, they have to either wait in the car or leave and then come back. The only exception being for support persons, which will also have to go through screening.
To meet the proper cleaning and disinfecting standards the interval times between appointments will be larger and thus will be decreasing the amount of appointments available in a day.
Scent Alert! Due to the additional cleaning procedures I am expecting the scent to linger more, so for those individuals who are sensitive to scents, you may want to consider postponing your treatment for a while longer.
It is advised for Vulnerable persons to possibly wait a while longer before making an appointment.
Please note that Clients who do not cooperate with the safety guidelines or disregard other peoples safety by means of negligence of the safety precautions, may be asked to leave or will not be provided with services in the future.
